All products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in texture, color, or scent are natural and do not affect product quality or performance.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. GG’s Essentials® reserves the right to change prices or promotions at any time without notice. Payments must be completed before shipment.

3. Allergies & Sensitivities

Our formulas use plant-based and natural ingredients. Customers with known allergies should review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use. GG’s Essentials® is not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual skin sensitivities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product names, and images are the property of GG’s Essentials® and protected under U.S. Trademark Registration No. 7266174. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

GG’s Essentials® Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in every handcrafted batch. Because our products are made to order and hygienically sealed, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

1. Returns

Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@betterbodybutter.shop within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll gladly replace or credit your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom bundles, promotional samples, or sale items are final sale.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted for items damaged in transit or fulfillment errors.

GG’s Essentials® Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted and processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during high-volume or seasonal periods.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship primarily via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

4. International Orders

At this time, GG’s Essentials® ships within the United States only.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We will assist as best we can.

6. Address Errors

Please verify your address before checkout. GG’s Essentials® is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
